Our Teen Conditioning Classes are designed to help your child improve balance, agility, speed, reaction, quickness and create goals for a healthy future!
We know how important it is for your Teen to exercise and to incorporate fitness into their life. Our highly qualified Trainers will conduct a fun-filled hour of high-energy, structured exercises and training regiments, geared to Pre-Teen/Teen ages and all fitness levels. The Teen Conditioning Classes includes resistance training, body weight exercises, balance, stabilization, cardiovascular endurance, CORE strength training, and other areas that will help your children learn to work as a team, develop confidence, and a sense of self discipline as they succeed at the challenges.
